Descripción del empleo: Main functions: Daily control of arrivals and departures.
Control/revision of documentation (Commercial Invoice, Packing list, Customs).
Daily contact with customers to manage collections.
Manage orders on the suppliers' website.
Customer Service (high level and requirement).
Requisitos: Studies: Logistics and transport, or related.
A command of and previous experience in Customer Service.
Fluency in English and Spanish.
Computer skills for the use of Microsoft Office package (Intermediate Level).
Willingness to learn.
Proactive person.
