You will play a key role in the identity verification process for our global customers.
Through your work, Mitek provides banks, financial institutions, marketplace businesses, and other customers, the additional peace of mind in fighting fraud and ensuring end customers are safe and secure when using their systems.

What you will do: Perform 1st line identity check on authenticity features.
Confirm whether identity documents are administratively and legally accurate.
Enter, compare and adjust data from individual ID documents into the control fields (e.g., names, doc number, date of birth).
What you need: Excellent social and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and accurately, with an eye for details.
Fluency in English, both spoken and written communication.
Willingness to work on a flexible schedule of 16, 20, or 30 hours per week.
Availability to work mostly during afternoon and evening (shifts like: 2pm-10pm/6pm-00am/6pm-02am; and similar) and some weekends with different shifts.
Be flexible (maybe we don't need you to work next Thursday but instead we need you on Sunday).
