As our Technical Program Manager on the IT Agency Management Systems team, you'll be at the forefront of leading and managing our workstream team.
Your main goal is to foster collaboration and ensure that everyone is aligned with our overall M&A project objectives.
Our Technical Program Manager you will be responsible for managing resources across projects, and ensuring funds are allocated appropriately.
As the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, you'll facilitate regular updates and maintain effective communication with the acquired company.
Your ability to keep everyone informed will be a key to our success.
You will oversee the planning, execution, and quality of our workstream deliverables.
This means tracking progress and addressing any issues or roadblocks that might pop up along the way.Collaboration is essential, so you'll coordinate with other workstream leads to manage interdependencies and share best practices.
We want to ensure that our project execution is seamless and cohesive.In this role, you'll develop and manage project plans that clearly define the scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
As this Technical Program Manager, you'll also play a vital role in risk management by identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
Plus, you'll evaluate our processes for ongoing improvement and efficiency within the workstream.
You will also implement active monitoring to keep an eye on system performance and gather user feedback for continuous enhancement.
Platform Services Specific Requirements: • Manage the migration, upgrades, and capacity planning for the Sagitta, ImageRight, and Benefit Point environments.• Develop a detailed migration plan, including timelines and resource allocation.• Ensure data integrity and system compatibility during the migration process.• Collaborate with IT and vendor teams to address technical challenges.Our future colleague.We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:• Overall 10+ years of IT experience, with at least 5 years of experience in management focused approach to Vertafore suite of products.
Primary focus on Sagitta, ImageRight, and Benefit Point.
Familiarity with Azure hosted environments is a plus• The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing and ambiguous goals• Strong interpersonal skills, including negotiation and problem resolution in cross-functional teams and have excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex agency management solutions to diverse audiences.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
