Omega CRM Consulting is looking for a Vendor Relationship Management Specialist that would like to collaborate with one of the top 15 global pharmaceutical companies.
Responsibilities: Establish and maintain relationships with our agency partners community around the globe for ensuring they perform as required. Point of Contact in the daily operational support. Provide all the information in place (through communication channels, live meetings) for a well onboard process and to ensure our agencies will succeed on the client requirements and they will follow our processes. Collaboration with internal content owners (Marketers, Medical Team, Sourcing) to confirm the process is well implemented and followed. Ensure the Creative Agencies Training Compliance. Training Curricula maintenance and confirm the Agencies are performing as the training was completed. Analytics and reporting of the Services the Agency Management provides. Continuous communication to our internal and external community about the new updates, new functionalities of these trainings. Point of contact when a new training has Quality Check tracker to be shared with the agencies. Ensure the Agencies are performing as expected, and they succeed in their work as agreed in their Service Level Agreements. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Library & Information Science Degree, or similar. Vendor Relationship Management Experience. Experience with operational support, reporting, and new processes implementation. Project Management/Support Experience. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Client-oriented. Operational excellence. Good communication. Think out of the box mindset. Service Support skills (collaborating with stakeholders and supporting them). Sourcing experience as a plus.
