Omega CRM Consulting is looking for a Agency Management Specialistthat would like to collaborate with one of the top 15 global pharmaceutical companies.Responsibilities:Collaborate closely with Agency Partners and content owners, including Brand Managers, to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of efforts.Work alongside cross-collaboration teams, such as Content Creators, Data Analysts, Service Owners, and Sourcing, to facilitate integrated strategies and optimize outcomes.Analyze and assess the needs of both internal and external stakeholders, developing comprehensive plans to address and meet their requirements effectively.Serve as a conduit for communication within the organization, articulating the value and impact of Agency Management initiatives.Demonstrate versatility in handling diverse tasks and challenges, adapting to evolving priorities with agility.Utilize exceptional communication skills to foster productive relationships and convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.Requirements:Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration , Library & Information Science Degree or similar.At least 3 years of experience with operational support, data base construction, reports, processes organization.Excellent analytical and problem- solving skillsThink out of the box mindset.Service Support skills (collaborating with dif stakeholders and supporting them)WHAT DO WE OFFERPermanent contract.Flexible Schedule.
