… your role will be: Reception and Management of Customer Needs Provide technical solutions in collaboration with the After-Sales Management. Coordinate with the rest of the team, as well as with other departments, with the development of requested orders. Control deadlines and traceability. Confirm delivery tracking with Logistics and customer status. … we look for: Bachelor's degree in Engineering is a must. Advanced level of English. Other languages will be valued. Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical management positions in machinery or industrial environments with clients. Get used to work with different teams.
