We are looking for an After Sales Technical Manager to join the sales team of one of our main clients in the printing and packaging sector. The selected person will be responsible for managing after-sales services and client needs in Spain and Latin America. What will I do? These will be your main functions:Oversee a team of service engineers and agents to ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer inquiries, complaints, concerns, and issues.Provide backup to the service team to ensure effective resolution in time.Develop and implement strategies to efficiently address and resolve customer issues, aiming for positive outcomes and customer satisfaction.Analyze patterns of customer issues to identify root causes and work with relevant teams to implement preventive measures.Ensure that after-sales activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies.How will I do it?You will report directly to the department manager. You will have to communicate with sales, marketing, production, and R&D teams.
