EBRO SUV is looking for an experienced Aftersales Performance Manager to lead our operations across Spain. As an After Sales Performance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and growth of our Aftersales operations within the assigned Area. This role requires a strategic thinker, a team leader, and a customer-focused individual with a strong background in automotive aftersales. Key Responsibilities: Single Point of Contact: Act as the main contact for Aftersales matters, coordinating between departments and central Aftersales. Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding market share and revenue. Parts and Accessories Follow-Up: Oversee inventory management and distribution of parts and accessories. Warranty Spending: : Manage warranty spending efficiently, reducing costs while maintaining customer satisfaction. Technical Support : Provide support and training to dealers' technical departments, ensuring proper use of tools and software. Operational Excellence : Optimize all Aftersales activities to meet or exceed KPIs. Customer Satisfaction : Address customer concerns promptly and implement programs to enhance customer experience. Budget and Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, ensuring profitability. Vendor and Dealer Relationships : Maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and dealers. Compliance and Quality Assurance : Ensure operations comply with laws, regulations, and quality standards. Reporting and Analysis : Provide regular performance reports and utilize data for informed decision-making. Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Automotive Management, Engineering or a related field (MBA is a plus). Extensive experience in aftersales management within the automotive industry, preferably within an OEM. Strong strategic planning and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets. Proficient in Spanish & English.
