For our team in Spain, we are currently looking for an After Sales Engineer .
Responsibilities: Support client's queries and retrieve information to investigate and deliver suitable solutions.
Continuous communication with customers and follow up on development topics, orders, and shipments.
Coordinate with other departments (R&D, Engineering, Logistics) to ensure availability and timely delivery of solutions according to budget.
Spare parts management (replacement or sales).
Remote assistance and technical solution improvements.
On-site visits and inspections.
Redact RCA for each technical issue.
Ensure effective reporting of significant activities to the Regional Head on a quarterly basis.
Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in the photovoltaic industry (O&M, utility scale projects).
Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Telecom Engineering.
Ability to communicate with customers on different management levels.
Strong bias for customer satisfaction.
Proactive, self-starter, and solution-oriented.
Flexible for local business travel.
Fluent in Spanish and English; other languages will be considered a plus.
