About the job: The Red Hat's EMEA Account Based Marketing (ABM) team is looking for an Account-Based Marketing Manager - Telecommunications to join us in EMEA.
In this role, you will use the specific ABM "one-to-many" approach in order to promote Red Hat by building and implementing targeted marketing campaigns at the industry level and working in close alignment with sales and marketing teams within the Telco, Media and Entertainment (TME) organization.
This position represents a critical role in contributing to the growth objectives of specific strategic accounts in the vertical.
In this role, you will focus on marketing campaigns that drive thought leadership, awareness, customer engagement, pipeline generation and accelerate existing opportunities through multiple marketing channels.
This position requires collaboration with senior sales leadership as well as global, regional, field, program, business unit and corporate marketing teams.

What you will do:
Collaborate with regional sales leadership to understand the Telco, Media and Entertainment (TME) market dynamics, opportunities, and sales objectives in EMEA;Analyze customer marketplace, company, firmographic, technographic, and intent data to inform a strategy to engage and support a set of strategic Telco, Media and Entertainment (TME) accounts based in EMEA;In collaboration with the global and EMEA teams (product marketing, global program office, EMEA sales and marketing) define and gain consensus for the EMEA Telco, Media and Entertainment (TME) marketing strategy and go-to-market plan;Design, deploy and manage industry ABM-specific integrated marketing campaigns in alignment with available budget (securing alternative funding as required), use case priorities and sales directives, the customer journey and sales buying stages using diverse channels and tactics (digital, industry events, social media, webinars, workshops, roundtables, and executive engagement programs) and relevant content to drive customer adoption;Ensure regular communication of the go-to-market plan with TME regional sales, ABM peers and global marketing organizations promoting cross-functional collaboration;Develop customer centric social media & selling and customer marketing communication;Partner with the customer reference, public relations and sales teams to identify, create, and promote customer success stories around key use cases and best practices;Work with EMEA regional marketing and operations teams to ensure proper lead importing, nurturing and tracking;Analyze metrics (including sales leads/pipeline/bookings/revenue generated, customer acquisition, awareness/engagement) and reporting to determine business impact and effectiveness of program activities, thought leadership and content consumption providing regular updates to EMEA Telco, Media and Entertainment (TME) senior sales leadership, the TME global vertical program office and EMEA marketing;Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through better audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processes;Develop, maintain, and oversee a database of named contacts to align marketing and sales in defining the target audience required to achieve industry goals. What you will bring:
Account-based, industry or vertical marketing experience in high tech, Telco organizations;Understanding of industry buyer needs, the latest trends, and competitive positioning;Knowledge of enterprise software, cloud, and/or emerging technologies with the capability to integrate with programs that deliver on sales and product objectives;Experience building and delivering digital and non-digital integrated marketing campaigns (events, executive/C-level engagement and key account programs) as well as social media planning and implementation;Proven ability to think strategically, with exceptional attention to detail in execution, and follow through on complex projects;Strong interpersonal, influencing, and relationship-building skills, the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales professionals, and product teams, and maintain focus on customers;Positive, 'can-do' attitude - an entrepreneurial drive to take initiative combined with an inquisitive desire to always improve what you see;The ability to prioritize, manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously with minimal direct supervision;Understanding of pipeline management and metrics;Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is a plus. #LI-FG3
