Job description
We are seeking an experienced Ukrainian-speaking Affiliate Manager for an exciting opportunity with a performance marketing network. The company has been in operation for several years and is rapidly expanding. Although the company is internationally based, the team has extensive experience in the industry.
As an Affiliate Manager, your main responsibility will be to recruit new affiliates into the network to support its continued growth.
Responsibilities:
Actively engage in building new affiliate relationships.
Manage existing Ukrainian affiliates.
Assist with various campaign management tasks to drive growth.
Monitor campaign performance and develop data interpretation skills.
Set up and optimise offers within the affiliate marketing platform.
Provide support to publisher managers in their daily interactions with partners.
Assist in marketing efforts, which may include trade shows and advertising activities.
Be available outside of regular office hours and on weekends.
Requirements
Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
Fluency in Ukrainian.
Max 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing.
Sales-oriented mindset.
High flexibility and adaptability.
Passion for digital marketing.
Strong communication skills.
Proficiency with Excel/Numbers and Google Sheets.
A responsible team player who excels in organisation, takes ownership of tasks, and manages multiple responsibilities concurrently.
Solution-oriented approach, capable of anticipating team and organisation needs.
A collaborative team member with a willingness to learn, add value, and assist where needed.
