Key ResponsibilitiesActuarial Modeling: Develop and maintain actuarial models to support pricing and bid processes for Medicare Advantage plans.Data Analysis: Analyze datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities affecting plan performance.Bid Process: Prepare Medicare Advantage bids, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.Risk Adjustment: Apply risk adjustment methodologies to provide accurate pricing and forecasting.Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement competitive pricing strategies.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all pricing models and bid submissions comply with Medicare Advantage regulations.Skills and ExperienceRequired:
Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Finance, or a related field.Successful completion of at least 4 exams towards the Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) designation.5+ years of healthcare actuarial experience.2+ years of experience working in an actuarial role.Proficiency in writing queries in SQL or other programming languages.Preferred:
