Affiliate Manager Based (Cpl) Remote

Job descriptionWork with existing affiliate clients
- Onboard incoming publishers' applications
- Identify and prospect new publishers
- Manage the daily needs of the affiliate campaigns
- Risk management
- Understand publishers needs and how we can add value to them
- Manage the Contract/IO process to ensure that all paperwork is properly completed
- Cultivate relationships with publishers
- Execute the monthly closures of the campaigns
- Controlling traffic quality and volumeRequirementsTHIS JOB CAN BE DONE FROM ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD.1+ years experience in affiliate marketing
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
- Strong recruitment and negotiation skills
- A willingness to grind and a hunger to be the best in your field
- Fluent communication in written and spoken English is a must, any other language is a plus
- Strong relationship building capabilities, long term partnership focus
- Ability/attitude to learn fast and work in a changing environment
- Highly self-motivated and a Team player
- Ability to learn quickly technical concepts and dashboard (technical aptitude)
- Proactivity to anticipate changes and take the initiative
- Capability of working independently and within a team
- Feeling comfortable working under pressure (stress resilient)
