Currently working in over 60 countries with the largest database of suppliers worldwide (and constantly growing, we bridge the gap between local suppliers and world travelers. As Affiliate Manager at Bookaway, you will be part of a winning marketing team that is focused on increasing our brand's footprint within the travel ecosystem and creating meaningful partnerships to achieve and exceed our ambitious growth targets.
Job responsibilities: • Recruit new partners (affiliates) including negotiating terms, payouts and placements
• Achieve (or exceed) monthly individual and team goals
• Prepare performance reports as well as track and analyze sales reports
• Work closely with our partners by providing support with account administration tasks and insights based on analytics and sales data
• Manage the onboarding of newly launched partners
• Map our competitive landscape and maintain an ongoing list of target partners
Requirements5+ years of experience managing affiliate partners and relationships, lead generation, SaaS sales, business development.Proven experience in performance marketing, advertising sales and/or client-facing marketing roles.Proven project management skills and ability to lead activities and ventures.Outstanding analytical skills and optimization mindset.Strong problem-solving skillsBusiness-oriented mindsetFluent English, verbal and written. Additional languages - advantageKnowledge in tracking, attribution, marketing software and possible API integrations.
