The Affiliate Account Manager is responsible for the daily activities of the affiliate channel. In touch with all parties: client, publishers, and networks, he's responsible for the campaign's good development.

Responsibilities: Manage and grow a portfolio of existing partners through affiliate networks.
Understand publishers' needs and how we can add value to them.
Maintain relationships with Publishers and Affiliate Networks daily through emails and online meetings.
Build exposure plans according to a campaign calendar and budget requirements.
Good knowledge of platform features, especially AWIN / TRADE DOUBLE.
Maintain the relationship with clients daily.
Client Support: Consult with clients about the marketing needs and assist them as required.
Manage the daily needs of the affiliate campaigns and main KPIs such as Clicks rate, CPA, Conversion Rate.
Monitor performances and analyze the results to achieve the goals.
Maintain updated content shared through the affiliate program.
Report and provide insights to improve performances and identify weaknesses.
Identify new opportunities and explore the possibility of launching new agreements with new partners and new placements with existing ones.
Requirements: Experience as an Affiliate Account Manager (agency preferred).
Strong relationship-building capabilities, with a long-term partnership focus.
Strong analytical (Excel, Sheets, Adobe Analytics) and problem-solving skills.
Ability/attitude to learn fast and work in a changing environment.
Languages: Spanish & English (both).
Valuable: Knowledge of JIRA.
