Position overviewAs the Quality Supervisor, you will be mainly responsible for checking quality control works and assisting the plant to reach its quality control aims.
Key responsibilities include:Control and monitoring of the planned quality tests at the production lines.Provide random control of the goods production.Support management of HFI-production.Take part in material testing at the production lines.Provide coordination among quality control employees.Control timely QAS system recording.Evaluation of revealed technical problems possible influence to the product quality in order to make a decision about rechecking and change of the pallet status.Take part in rechecking HFI production and analysis of their results.Control of placing and coordination of HFI-pallets inspection, processing and/or utilization.Sample monitoring for cleaning lines after label changing.Take part in putting new/modified designs into production.Ensure calibrations/tests/adjustment of the quality control equipment if required.Issuing and improving of quality control SOPs.Participate in external and internal audits.Duty of Quality Manager in his absence.Experience required:Previous experience in a Quality-related role in a manufacturing facility, within a multinational, matrix organisation.Strong communication skills across all organisational levels.Impeccable attention to detail.Analytical skills and ability to drive outcomes.Advanced Microsoft Office skills.Fluency in written and spoken English.When you join Ball, you belong to a team of over 22,000 members worldwide.
