What We're Looking For: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual with the following qualifications: Language Skills: Native or fluent in German, with proficiency in English (both written and spoken). Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with the capability to interpret data and identify trends. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Quality Assurance Experience: Previous experience in a quality assurance or analyst role, preferably within a BPO environment.
