Lead continuous improvement in the areas of productivity, quality, operation, and cost using LEAN methodologies and tools.Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees on lean principles and continuous improvement techniques.Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress and measure the impact of improvement initiatives.Optimize production line setup, document standards for all operational and setup requirements for optimal line performance.Define together with the HPS (Henkel Production System) manager the master plan of the plant.Provide reports and updates on the Lean activities to the Site Management team.Work together with the digital engineer to identify transformation digital opportunities.
Report to HPS manager.YOUR SKILLSA Bachelor's degree in Engineering or in a related field.At least 2-3 years engineering and/or operations (manufacturing, supply chain) experience.Proven experience in leading continuous improvement projects.Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to engage and lead a cross-functional team.Proven ability to learn rapidly.Strong communication skills.Strong change management skills that can persuade & lead with conviction.Ability to mature, grow and develop within the company.At Henkel, we come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
