- Design and delivery of change initiatives such as training, communication enablement, change network enablement, Org design, operating model alignment, cultural embedding, measurement and continuous improvement - Demonstrate excellent client management and engagement skills.
- Setting up and developing a Change Network to 'Champion' the change with the client, ensuring adoption remains high in the short and long-term.
