Responsibilities include:
Selection of new colleagues who fit with our values and corporate culture.
Advising team leaders in all areas, including absenteeism prevention, employee growth, remuneration, and team development.
Regularly visiting the different work centres.
Reflecting on relevant HR issues and how to communicate them within the organisation.
Participating in or leading HR projects.

A degree in psychology or human resource management.
A completed master's degree, preferably in psychology or human resource management.
At least 3 years of relevant work experience as an HR manager or in similar positions.
You are fluent in spoken and written English (level C1).
