Selection of new colleagues who fit with our values and corporate culture.Advising team leaders in all areas, including absenteeism prevention, employee growth, remuneration and team development.Regularly visit the different work centres.Reflect on relevant HR issues and how to communicate them within the organisation.Participate in or lead HR projects.What will you bring to the company?At Rijk Zwaan we are looking for an HR consultant who is passionate about both organisational and individual issues.
