They need to arrive with initiatives to help continue to grow the Spanish and Portuguese market. The ideal profile will be entrepreneurial, analytical, and have strong relationship management skills to engage with c-level as well as more operational roles. The role will be based in Madrid and reporting into the Country Manager for Spain and Portugal.Responsibilities and Skills:Lead and manage the advertising function, with a team of Account Managers and a team of Sales Managers.Strive to deliver excellent customer service and support multiple business initiatives for existing customers while fostering a collaborative environment that mirrors Taboola's values and industry excellence.Achieve and surpass quarterly revenue targets, with a significant focus on retention and scaling up the existing advertising business, and increasing the Taboola footprint through continuous new business wins.Design and lead the delivery of annual strategic plans with Sales and AM team managing top advertisers and agencies relationships to ensure their loyalty and sustainable growth.Engage with advertisers and agencies representing the company and keeping them updated about Taboola's value and new capabilities, keeping the company at the top of clients' minds.Elicit client feedback to act as an internal advocate for our clients.Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Technical Support teams to create positive client experiences and drive ongoing development of client solutions to meet market demand.Oversee the onboarding, training, performance management, career development, coaching, and mentoring of the team.Strong analytical skills to collect business intelligence by conversing with clients and monitoring/identifying trends in data.Pipeline management: Build and maintain a clearly defined sales process for every type of client.Represent local voice in international internal forums, spreading best practices, detecting opportunities, and bringing new guidelines to the team.Requirements:10 years of professional experience (client-facing in the digital advertising space is a must).Minimum 5 years experience managing and developing a team (Sales and Account Management experience).Outstanding relationship management and client service skills preferably with expertise in brands within premium agencies.Exceptional communication and analytical skills: ability to identify & use data-driven insights to make the best choices for the business.Strong critical thinking skills and ability to translate big data in a commercial and simplified fashion.Ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks within a fast-paced environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
