An Advertising and Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating marketing strategies, advertising campaigns, and promotional activities to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. This role involves planning, executing, and monitoring marketing and advertising initiatives across various media channels, both digital and traditional. The manager ensures that campaigns align with the company's business goals, target audiences, and brand messaging.
Job Description: Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.Conduct market research to identify target audiences, competitive positioning, and emerging industry trends.Plan, develop, and execute multi-channel advertising and marketing campaigns (digital, print, TV, radio, social media, etc.).Oversee the creative process, including the development of advertisements, promotional materials, and content.Ensure consistency in messaging, visual identity, and tone across all marketing and advertising efforts.Work closely with the creative team to enhance brand positioning and recognition in the marketplace.Monitor competitor branding and market positioning to maintain a competitive edge.Analyze the financial performance of campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement.Monitor digital trends and implement new tools and technologies to optimize campaign performance.Collaborate with the web development and content teams to improve the user experience and engagement on digital platforms.Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment to encourage creativity.Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including advertising agencies, media outlets, and influencers.Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and purchasing behaviors.Analyze campaign performance metrics, including conversion rates, sales figures, and customer feedback.Use data insights to refine marketing strategies and ensure continuous improvement.Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.Qualifications: Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.5-8 years of experience in marketing or advertising roles, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial position.Proven experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital and traditional).Food Industry experience may be required or preferred.Ability to develop and implement long-term marketing and advertising strategies aligned with business goals.Strong creativity in designing campaigns, paired with an analytical mindset for tracking and improving performance.
