You'll be the go-to expert for advertisers and agencies, solving technical challenges, reporting bugs, and providing guidance on maximizing the advertising platform.

Responsibilities Be the first point of contact for advertisers and agencies.
Resolve technical issues promptly and accurately.
Report bugs and suggest improvements to enhance the user experience.
Provide step-by-step guidance on leveraging the advertising platform.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of client concerns.
Compensation & Benefits Training Program: Duration: 15 working days (8 hours/day, schedule varies between 08:30 and 09:30).
Compensation: 92.80 EUR per week Salary Package: With company accommodation: 1,040.66 EUR gross/month (including room allowance).
Without accommodation: 1,366.17 EUR gross/month.
Includes base salary, Christmas and holiday bonuses, and food allowance.

Schedule Hours: Rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday, between 6:00 AM and 12:00 AM.
Days Off: Two days off per week (scheduled by the shift manager and communicated four weeks in advance).
