Where will you work? Our client is a leading service provider in the digital advertising sector, offering both self-service and open RTB capabilities to its clients. Real-time bidding (RTB) is a subcategory of programmatic media buying. It refers to the practice of buying and selling ads in real time on a per-impression basis in an instant auction. This is usually facilitated by a supply-side platform (SSP) or an ad exchange.
What will you do? You will manage and build long-term relationships with an existing portfolio of advertisers.You will constantly optimize and create campaigns for our largest client.You will provide creative and analytical advice.You will create and coordinate online campaign strategies.You will analyze campaigns and relevant data on a daily basis.You will report on a weekly/monthly basis both externally to clients and internally to management on campaign results.You will actively contact, onboard, and activate new advertisers.You will negotiate with publishers and optimize their ad spaces.You will work closely with the technical team to troubleshoot technical issues.You will collaborate with the technical team to set up new platform features and improvements.You will negotiate and close advertising budgets and deals to scale portfolio value.You will continuously learn and stay up to date with the latest industry news and trends.You will attend international tradeshows.Who are we looking for? You have a high level of English and Russian.You have a minimum of 2 years experience in the digital sector.You have knowledge of media buying models (CPM, CPC, CPA, CPL, RS, etc.).You have critical thinking and basic mathematical skills.You feel comfortable with adult content, as the main partners of our clients are porn platforms.You have a passion for online advertising, technology, and new digital innovations.You have excellent communication, client relationship skills, and strong negotiation skills.What do we offer?
