To manage all assigned suppliers and lead all purchasing activities for assigned projects.GENERAL FUNCTIONSApply defined strategy for all suppliers' panel and assigned product families: develop, promote, globalize, replace or eliminate suppliers.Negotiate with suppliers to achieve business objectives.Lead all the assigned suppliers' problems, following the escalation matrix.Manage all assigned project-purchasing activities, following FICOSA Development Systems (FDS) and ensuring project objectives.Negotiate and implement technical savings with suppliers.Lead sourcing processes to ensure reaching quality, price and service objectives.Present the sourcing processes in assignments committee for the assigned suppliers.Develop and ensure the necessary information is relayed to the assigned suppliers (current and potential) for the Commodity Manager, in order to allow proper product family strategy monitoring.Participate in purchasing monthly report processes for all projects and suppliers that are assigned.Apply all standard methodologies according to Ficosa's Purchasing System.Observe Ficosa's Code of Ethics to avoid fraudulent practices.
