Over 35,000 app developers globally, including some of the top Apps in the industry, are currently using the Tappx platform.This exciting opportunity will focus on:Advise and represent Tappx in contractual/commercial relations with third parties.Internal and external stakeholder management to comply with current regulations.What YOU will do:Under the supervision of the off-counsel lawyer: coordination and management of external lawyers and direct reporting to the CEO.Advising Tappx on legal rights and obligations in relation to commercial contracts with third parties and on GDPR and CPA.Drafting, review and negotiation of commercial contracts related to the programmatic purchase of advertising space with partners.
