Together, we'll create a truly transformative learning experience.Core requirements of the positionIn fulfilling the requirements of the post, the Admissions Officer will demonstrate essential professional characteristics, and in particular will:Act as the first point of contact for admissions enquiries from potential or existing parents and organisations.Responsibility for assisting families in an individualised admissions process from enquiry to application including the admissions tours.Handling applications, gathering information from suitable applicants, and helping to assess the quality of the application for admissions.Support and assist the Admissions and Marketing team in any reasonable duty as directed by them.Admissions support.Coordinating students', parents' and agent visits and arranging tours of the school and boarding houses.Assist with parent meetings when required.Deal with emails and respond appropriately.Act as the CRM "Super User", which involves the use of SalesForce.Register and input new applications on database and maintain database up to date.Maintain admissions files, follow up and ensure all necessary documents have been received and filed.Ensure that admissions office is adequately supplied with necessary brochures and marketing materials.Liaise with the Finance department to maintain accounting information on system.Attend and assist with events and functions related to Admissions and Marketing when required.Any other tasks requested by the Admissions Manager /or DAM related to Admissions and Marketing department.Commitment to Personal and Professional DevelopmentParticipate in and fully engage with the school's performance management and appraisal process.Demonstrate continuous professional and personal development through the identification and implementation of individual development plans arising from company and school performance management and appraisal processes.Contribute to wider engagement of colleagues in the marketing and admission function giving support and willingly sharing ideas and materials to promote this.Qualifications/TrainingQualified to degree level or similar.Experience / KnowledgeStrong computer literacy skills (Excel, Word, database management).Good telephone and email manner.Knowledge and/or experience with CRM software.SkillsExcellent oral and written skills in English and knowledge of Spanish.Be flexible and a team player.Imaginative.Able to work under stress.Personal AttributesHigh levels of personal integrity.Excellent organisational and time-management skills.Attention to detail.Ability to work under pressure and remain calm.Willingness to take on multiple tasks.Proactive and able to prompt others to ensure deadlines are achieved.Self-motivated and enthusiastic.Ability to work independently.Continually strive for improvement.Adaptability.Commitment to SafeguardingAt Nord Anglia Education we are committed to providing a world-class, safe, happy environment in which children and young people can thrive and learn.
