The school provides students with the tools to build their own learning and focuses not only on academic performance, but also on personal development.We are currently looking to appoint a new Admissions and Marketing Officer, to carry out the following tasks:Managing mail, calls, and email, providing personalized attention to parents who come into contact with or show interest in the school.Developing relevant actions to attend to potential enrollments:Providing information to interested families, following up on their inquiries via telephone, online, email, or in-person.Managing the admissions schedule and coordinating student assessments.Coordinating with stage coordinators and the director for school visits, adequately preparing the tour, highlighting key areas, and preparing necessary materials.Following up with potential students from their initial contact until enrollment.Managing internal applications: CRM (Hubspot).Assisting in the organization of events: open day, parent meetings, fairs...Collaborating with Administration on specific supports regarding student retention.Providing support to newly enrolled families during their first months.Carrying out Marketing actionsRequirements:Bachelor's Degree in a Marketing related fieldExperience in Marketing, Sales and Customer Service and RetentionVery high level of English proficiency (many families and contacts will be addressed in English)Native Catalan and Spanish speakerKnowledge of the preK-12 education sector will be highly valuedWe offer:Permanent contractFull-time positionMeals included at the school cafeteriaInternational, dynamic, and enriching environment.At Globeducate we are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expect all staff to share this commitment.
