Agora Sant Cugat International School is a prestigious private international school, founded in 1989, with three campuses located in Sant Cugat and which occupies sixth place in the top ten ranking of the best schools in Spain.
The school has obtained IB Continuum accreditation for the International Baccalaureate programme with the three curricular programmes in all its educational stages and since 2016 has also been offering Vocational Training degrees. We are currently looking to appoint a new Admissions and Marketing Officer to carry out the following tasks:
Managing mail, calls, and email, providing personalized attention to parents who come into contact with or show interest in the school.
Developing relevant actions to attend to potential enrollments:
Providing information to interested families, following up on their inquiries via telephone, online, email, or in-person.
Managing the admissions schedule and coordinating student assessments.
Coordinating with stage coordinators and the director for school visits, adequately preparing the tour, highlighting key areas, and preparing necessary materials.
Following up with potential students from their initial contact until enrollment.
Managing internal applications: CRM (Hubspot).
Assisting in the organization of events: open day, parent meetings, fairs...
Collaborating with Administration on specific supports regarding student retention.
Providing support to newly enrolled families during their first months.
Carrying out Marketing actions
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in a Marketing related field
Experience in Marketing, Sales and Customer Service and Retention
Very high level of English proficiency (many families and contacts will be addressed in English)
Native Catalan and Spanish speaker
Knowledge of the preK-12 education sector will be highly valued
