The Admissions and Enrollment Officer will proactively manage the admissions process for all program specializations at Berklee NYC. This role involves efficiently communicating with prospective inquiries and applicants, managing admissions-related data, planning and executing events, collaborating closely with Program Directors from BerkleeNYC and Berklee partners in Boston, and creating comprehensive reports to enhance the overall admissions experience. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Proactively communicates via e-mail and telephone with prospective inquiries and applicants concerning BNYC programs and application procedures.Monitors the data process and creates weekly reports to document quantitative and qualitative data collated to evaluate current as well as potential applicants.Process, manage, and maintain all applicants' materials through input and data linking within various systems. Input and link data into various systems.Populating and tracking applicant data and communicating this data in selected forms with the applicant, Program Directors, and other team members as necessary.Creating reports using data gathered from these multiple systems such as demographics, educational history, and trends, and producing various forms such as graphs, PowerPoint/keynote presentations, tracking charts, and lists.Organizing, managing, and communicating all BNYC admissions and enrollment events throughout the admissions and enrollment cycle such as open houses, nurture events, and campus tours.Communicating closely with Program Directors and supporting them with applicant communication and tracking throughout the year.Supporting the nurturing of viable candidates through the admissions process.Supervise student employees to carry out office management and administrative tasks as needed.EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIESFull awareness of, and commitment to, Berklee's diversity initiatives.Demonstrated capacity to develop and maintain effective working relationships with individuals and organizations reflecting a broad range of identities, perspectives, and experiences.Excellent interpersonal skills with the necessary discretion to work with confidential information.High-level proficiency with Google Drive, Microsoft Office, Content Management Systems (Drupal preferred), and MailChimp.Knowledge of Datatel Colleague, Marketo, and Salesforce platforms is a plus.Event planning experience preferred
