Reporting to the Director & Associate Admissions Directors, this position manages the admissions process for all Schools Master candidates from around the globe and supports standout candidates through the application process.
This role provides an excellent opportunity to discover the world of admissions at a top university and form part of the IE Admissions team.
Responsibilities
Key Action Areas:
Provide outstanding customer service to prospective and current students, both in person and on the telephone.
CRM management: data entry into admissions database, tracking of application documents, enrolment documents, etc.
Primary responsibility for CRM contacts management.
Primary responsibility for telephone and walk-in enquiries.
Pro-active and continuous process improvement to ensure that IE students receive the very best admissions experience.
Schedule meetings and interviews with prospective students and candidates for Director and Associate Director of Admissions.
Prepare admission files for all applicants. Communicate status of applications and transfer files to appropriate departments.
Follow-up to ensure a timely and efficient admissions process.
Build and maintain excellent relationships with the academic program management team to ensure smooth transition from candidate to program experience.
Create reports and assist in the preparation of statistics as requested by the Director and Associate Director of Admission.
Support teammates as necessary to build a team-oriented environment and contribute ideas to an innovative team atmosphere, ensuring continuous improvement, excellent experience, and outstanding reputation of part-time programs team.
Work diligently to build relationships and communicate efficiently with relevant departments and international offices across IE, to ensure evolution of team reputation and profile.
Qualifications
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree.
Advanced English speaker.
Advanced Spanish speaker.
In possession of a valid work permit for Spain.
Highly client-focused.
Highly proactive.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent process management and continuous improvement skills.
Strong team player.
CRM experience preferred.
