Job Description: Responsible for the execution of the marketing and outreach related plan of activities and makes use of the different resources (manpower, financial, service groups, etc) in order to attain the enrollment target set by the management. The position is also responsible for maintaining and monitoring the growth of the student population.
Duties and Responsibilities: Generate new student enrolment for the branch through approved marketing and sales strategies. Coordinate with high school officials on matters concerning participation in career orientation and guidance of their senior students and administration of an on-site college entrance test. Plan and implement local marketing strategies which include identification of market share, zoning, budgetary requirements, and plan of activities for the next school year. Spearhead new strategies/programs for the promotion of the school. Act as a career speaker in outreach-related activities which cover the scope of career guidance talks, scheduling of activities, etc. Monitor outputs of the various outreach teams, consolidate reports submitted by them, and make necessary marketing action plans and decisions. Train individuals who will act as the front lines of the department especially during outreach and enrollment periods. Attend as the official representative of the campus to various marketing conferences, trainings, and seminar workshops. Prepare daily enrollment reports. Assist in enrollment by entertaining telephone inquiries and prospective clients/enrollees. Prepare replenishment/reimbursement of employees covered by the marketing fund. Coordinate with the different sectors of the academe for the fulfillment of the goals of the College. Perform other duties that may be assigned by the immediate superior. Job Qualifications: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field. Preferably with at least 3 years of experience specialized in Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent. Excellent command of English both verbal and written. Skills required: Excellent communication, organizational, time-management, and decision-making. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
