Department Overview:
Business & Relationship Management (BRM) is currently seeking a BRM Administrator based out of our Barcelona, Spain office. This exciting role is based within the Business & Relationship Management (BRM) department in Barcelona (Spain), reporting to the Global Head EMEA Financial Institutions (FI) BRM team. The principal objective is to provide support to the FI BRM Global Heads and the FI BRM Management globally and to coordinate the FI BRM group activities globally alongside other administrators in the team.

We'll Count on You To:
- Provide general administrative support such as handling phone queries, distributing post, filing, photocopying, printing, and ordering supplies.
- Arrange meetings, including booking conference rooms and refreshments.
- Support diary management for FI BRM Global Heads and FI BRM Senior Management.
- Set up video conferences and external Zoom calls.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including liaising with travel agencies and organizing visas.
- Field phone queries and manage client interactions via telephone and email.
- Maintain and update the Salesforce CRM system, including meeting notes, activities, and contacts.
- Manage the Share Point drive and databases for the FI BRM team globally.
- Update the FI BRM team spaces on the Fitch Intranet.
- Create and maintain organizational charts and distribution lists.
- Prepare expense claims using Concur.
- Liaise with Accounts and Operations teams as needed.
- Assist in arranging team and company events.
- Act as the point of contact for IT issues and Fitch BRM visitors.
- Provide coverage for other BRM administrators as required.
What You Need to Have:
- Experience of working as an administrator to senior stakeholders, preferably within a business, finance, or economics environment.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of market data and CRM systems (Salesforce and Concur skills are an advantage).
- Excellent English language verbal and written communication skills.
