.Administrator, Clinical MonitoringJob Purpose/SummaryResponsible for supporting the Clinical Monitoring department, the CRA Management team, and the Vice President of Global Clinical Monitoring, focusing on administrative responsibilities.What You'll DoProvide administrative support for Clinical Monitoring department, including meeting planning and drafting/distributing/maintaining meeting agendas and minutes.Assist with planning and administration of new employee orientation/training and mentoring programs; conduct administrative training with new hire Clinical Monitoring staff.Assist with identifying, developing and scheduling non-project related training for Clinical Monitoring staff.Assist in resource tracking of all project team assignments for Clinical Monitoring staff to ensure sponsor needs are met.Collaborate with Training and Development department to ensure timely and accurate maintenance of training documentation for Clinical Monitoring department as a whole and for individual Clinical Monitoring staff members.Complete administrative deliverables related to review and tracking of expense reports within given timelines.Assist in completing expense reports for Clinical Monitoring staff.Assist with administrative aspects of on-boarding, maintenance and off-boarding of consultant/freelance CRAs.Perform other administrative tasks as needed.What You BringAbility to effectively communicate information to employees both verbally and in writing.Ability to multi-task, track, and maintain organization in fast-paced, changing environment.Ability to use good judgment when making decisions.Ability to provide highest level of customer service.Ability to build strong bonds with employees to foster open, honest, and candid communication.Ability to maintain highest level of confidentiality when dealing with proprietary information and sensitive situations.Ability to effectively use information technology, including a laptop computer and Microsoft software systems.Ability to understand basic data processing functions.Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and technologies.High School degree, Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in allied health fields or equivalent experience as determined by CTI Management and Human Resources.2 years of administrative and organizational experience.Fluent in English.2 years of practical experience with a pharmaceutical company or clinical research organization (CRO).Experience working with Concur expense reporting system.Why CTI?At CTI, we recognize that our people are what make our company successful.
