To be the Administrator of the office, reporting to the Office Manager. Ensure the office is maintained and runs effectively and efficiently, including all supplies and stationery.Responsibilities:Working with and reporting to the Office Manager to ensure an efficient and effective office.Answering the phone, speaking to all customers, and helping to resolve queries until finalisation.Keeping the database up to date with any changes in various parties and producing member documents.Performing adhoc administrative duties.Requirements:Strong administrative skills.Excellent communication.Good IT skills.Organised and efficient systematic worker.Looking for a part-time office-based member of staff; the position will consist of 20 hours per week.
