Job Description
The HR Administrator will be responsible for the administration of day-to-day tasks within the HR department.
Act as first line support on general HR queries (i.e. absence, vacation leave, etc.)Assist in preparing employment contracts, contract addendums, training contracts, and job descriptions.Uploading documentation on internal systems and keeping all documentation up to date.Organise both hard and soft documents and files.Maintenance of employee personal files including tracking of any files.Filing and maintaining file system.Auditing of employees' static details across the HR databases.Liaising with our internal payroll team to resolve queries and to ensure effective payroll processes.Updating and maintaining HR Madrid knowledge bank.Responsible for employee user account creation.Maintenance of Organisational Charts.Assist in HR Department ad hoc projects.Ensuring employee data is stored in line with legislative and Group policies.Maintenance and update of the HR template document folder.Managing Induction Programme (i.e. preparing onboarding packs, delivering presentations, etc.)Supporting current third country national employees with renewal of their work permit.Any other duties as required.Qualifications
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience of at least 3-5 years in a similar role.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to follow directions accurately and without hesitation.
- Positive and personable demeanor.
- Willing to take initiative and work independently when needed.
- Professional integrity and sense of responsibility and accountability.
- Experience in NIES management will be an asset.
- Experience working in dynamic and multicultural environments will be valuable.
