We are looking for a Providers Accounting Technician to be a key member of our Finance and Administration team.
Key responsibilities for this position are: Issuance and accounting of invoices.Control and booking accruals and deferrals.Introduction of accounting entries.Control of charges and payments.Incident management and daily contact with providers.Management of claims and complaints.Support in accounting closings.Following, reviewing, and accounting of travel expenses.Help and support, and collaboration in administrative tasks in the financial department.Execution of reports in excel and dynamic tables.It will be valued:Tax preparation and presentation.Knowledge in treasury bookings and bank reconciliations.RequirementsRequirements We are looking for a proactive, dynamic and decisive person with:
Minimum studies of CFGS in Administration and Finance.Advanced knowledge of Excel and some accounting software (SAP, NET SUITE, ORACLE, DYNAMICS), preferably Net Suite.Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position and functions.If you join us, you will enjoy:
