Job Description: OFFICE ASSISTANT The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of activities that will assist this organization's leadership.
In this position, you should feel comfortable coordinating calendar appointments, managing communications, and planning events for the Brand Manager of the company.
ResponsibilitiesCoordinating with warehouse and shipping staff to ensure that orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner.Managing all incoming and outgoing communications.Scheduling travel.Planning events.Sending emails and organizing agenda.Managing the company's relationships with current customers.Planning and executing sales campaigns to increase sales and meet organizational goals.Monitoring inventory levels to ensure that there is sufficient stock of items that are likely to sell quickly.Location: Marbella
QualificationsPerfect English and Spanish.Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized.Industry: Retail Luxury Goods and Jewelry
