As an Administrative Technician, you will be part of the team in charge of the administrative management of our centers (Barcelona & Vallromanes). You will also be responsible for preparing payment forecasts and remittances, processing clients' refunds, handling incidents related to gift cards, billing, etc., and contacting banks to deposit cash. A big part of this role is about billing control, so you will track cash/credit card sales and bank collections with our ERP and collect and file them according to the company's standards. You will act as the first point of contact for suppliers, managing invoices, delivery notes, and problem-solving related to them. Additionally, you will be responsible for welcoming suppliers and opening the door for deliveries as needed. You will be delighted with our place in Barcelona, located in an antique warehouse next to the El Born Market, which has been given a new lease of life and is now part of the magical AIRE atmosphere. Who you are: You must be fluent in English and Spanish. You have 1-2 years of prior experience in a similar position. You are polyvalent and able to multitask while being very focused on details.
