We are expanding our Space Teams and we need an Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the management team.

WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON? Inour team, you will play a key role in decision-making processesand you will be a key player in the activities of themanagement.
Youwill be responsible for the organization, communication and management ofdocuments and information. You will also be able to contribute to theoptimization of administrative processes.
Themain functions will be:
-Preparation of advanced reports in Excel (macros and data analysis) forcollaborators and clients.
-Making dynamic PowerPoint presentations that facilitate the effectivecommunication of key data.
-Coordination, planning and preparation of strategic meetings, includingmanagement of agendas, and supervision of actions.
-Information and documentation management (preparation and presentation ofreports, briefings, proposals, etc.).
-Contribute through the support of technological tools in the improvement ofadministrative.
WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM? Weare looking for a profile with consolidated experience in general managementsupport positions with skills such as:
-Autonomy, Initiative and Proactivity
-Concern for the quality of work and continuous improvement
-Effective communication skills
-Organization and planning
-Attention to detail and priority management
-Confidentiality and discretion in dealing with sensitive information
-Flexibility and ability to adapt to change in a dynamic environment.
Itis essential to have consolidated experience in the use of the Microsoft suiteof tools: Office Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and MS Teams. As well as othertechnologies such as Copilot.
Fluent English is required.
