Role Description: This role is primarily for supporting several administrative processes for our sales, finance, and facilities departments.
Build positive client experiences, support and improve internal processes.
Provide administrative support to the Finance Manager.
Responsibilities: Sales invoicing Billing administration (correspondence, contracts, internal administration) Project administration and follow-up Customer's maintenance contracts Follow-up after-sales: ordering & invoicing Credit control Work effectively with co-workers as part of the team Be professional and knowledgeable in answering questions of customers Manage specific projects Support for several (ad hoc) finance tasks Flexible in picking up diverse administrative tasks Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: High degree of organization and exceptional prioritization skills Maintain accuracy and attention to detail Clear and effective verbal and written communication Accurately assess and quickly resolve client complaints/issues Adept at learning several software systems Fluent in Spanish and good knowledge of English Experience in Administrative work Experience in Finance in a software or healthcare setting preferred Experience in a similar function Experience in working with price lists, internal systems, sales, billing, etc.
