No Offer Description First - To initiate the selection process for the recruitment of 1 Administrative Research Management on a permanent contract (art.
23bis LCTI), in accordance with the criteria, requirements and selection system set out in the attached annex.
Track project expenditures and enter them into various financial spreadsheets and update the project's accounting records and budget.
Prepare and manage invoices, as well as perform administrative tasks related to transaction control and tracking.
Perform monthly and annual analysis and prepare financial reports.
Draft agreements and liaise with the managers of the other centres participating in the project.
Prepare and manage all necessary documentation and procedures for the call for tenders and the execution of public tenders, ensuring compliance with established regulations and deadlines.
Support in the management of the Legal Advice and Administrative Contracting department of the management unit.
Manage and maintain the necessary financial justifications for audits, ensuring the organisation and availability of the required documentation.
Follow up on the dedication of the project team, including the preparation of timesheets.
Attend meetings and conference calls and create minutes.
Draft letters, presentations and reports in accordance with project management needs.
Specific Requirements Be a Spanish national, a national of a member country of the European Union or a foreigner with a residence and work permit in Spain.
FPII Degree in Administration and Finance and/or a Graduate or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management.
The minimum requirements must be accredited with those certificates that are valid in law, including all those that demonstrate the aforementioned professional experience, in line with the functions to be performed and the assessment criteria.
In the case of qualifications obtained abroad, their homologation must necessarily be accredited.
The conclusion of the contract is subject to the availability of the project's budget and to the successful candidate's compliance with the requirements of current employment legislation.
In the event of non-compliance with the requirements, the Selection Board will decide whether to leave the call open or to contact the following candidate in order of score.

Selection Process The selection process will be governed by the principles of publicity, equality, merit and capacity, and a selection body will be set up for this purpose, made up of representatives of the research group and of the Technical Management Unit of the IBSAL.
The selection process will consist of two phases: Analysis and curricular assessment phase of all the applications received, classifying them on the basis of the best adaptation of the Curriculum Vitae to the established profile and compliance with the requirements.
Personal interview: at least the three candidates with the highest score in Phase 1 will be called, provided that the score in Phase 1 exceeds half plus one; the Selection Board may call more candidates for an interview.
The Selection Board may propose that the call for applications be declared void if no candidate is suitable for the post.
