Job Opportunity: Admin PV Engineer

We're seeking an exceptional Admin PV Engineer passionate and detail-oriented to manage administrative documentation with different institutions. Managing the process of permitting, legalization and Subsidies supplies. This role combines engineering skills with administrative oversight, ensuring projects are well submitted, creation of plans and all the documentation related to subsidies.

Key Requirements

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field. Experience: Demonstrated experience in deal with administration, permit acquisition and compliance, preferably in the construction or renewable energy sectors. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the solar industry and photovoltaic technologies is highly desirable. Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management and database software. Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective negotiation and liaison with various stakeholders. Organization: Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Your Mission

As a Solar Admin Engineer, you will be responsible for securing all necessary permits and ensuring full legal compliance for the installation and operation of photovoltaic systems. This pivotal role requires meticulous attention to detail and a deep understanding of local, state, and federal regulations affecting solar energy projects. You will coordinate closely with engineering, project management teams, and regulatory bodies to streamline and expedite the permit acquisition process, ensuring that projects proceed without legal hindrances and adhere to all regulatory standards.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate for this position will be a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a solid background in business administration, photovoltaic or legal studies. Experience in the renewable energy sector, particularly with photovoltaic systems, is a significant advantage. You should have a strong track record of successfully navigating the permit process for construction or engineering projects and be adept at working with regulatory agencies and internal teams. Your ability to independently resolve compliance issues and ensure that all project documentation meets legal and regulatory standards will be crucial.
