You will also support in the selection, training, and evaluation of administrative team members; develop, review and improve policies, systems, and procedures; and generally ensure that your team is meeting LSG's expectations.Key Responsibilities:Ensure Operations Administrative Assistants keep all reports up to date and accurate.Delegate responsibilities within the team and reinforce all corporate culture policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and values.Act as liaison between the administrative team and the division VP, ensuring effective communication and delegation of requests.Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the operations administrative team members and resolve any questions they may have.Support during the selection process of suitable candidates and subsequently train them to ensure effective onboarding of new administrative support members.Ensure an equitable workload within the team.Evaluate and process leave and vacation requests from the team by coordinating with the Director to cover the accounts.Schedule regular meetings with the team to provide feedback, assist them, and understand the current status of the group.Schedule regular meetings with the VP of the division to gather feedback and assist them with any requests or concerns they may have.#J-18808-Ljbffr
