Responsibilities typically include:
Writing or preparing reportsOrganising and scheduling meetings and appointmentsBooking and arranging travel, transport and accommodationOrganising events and conferencesCompiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondenceManaging databases and filing systemsImplementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systemsLiaising with students, participants and staffCollating and filing expensesRequirementsCandidate Profile Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or Office Manager studies.
Languages: English and Spanish proficiency level.
