Managing warranties with customersHandling technical offersSupporting the Aftermarket Sales Department in various tasksCollaborating with the next appropriate level of aftermarket support to seek resolution to challenging enquiries, providing documentation.Maintaining accurate records of all interactions in the appropriate database/system.Identifying and communicating areas for process improvement to Supervisor.RESPONSIBILITIES
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Are pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Engineering, Sales or a related field.Have strong communication and organizational skills.Are proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint.Are a native Spanish speaker and fluent in English (C1 preferred).Have the ability to understand data, solve problems, and think innovatively.QUALIFICATIONS
Driving licence and car preferred.
