About the Role:
SquarePeg is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by handling administrative tasks, managing schedules, and facilitating communication among team members.
Key Responsibilities:Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events efficiently.Maintain organized filing systems and assist with document preparation and management.Assist with data entry and maintain databases or spreadsheets as needed.Support team members with various administrative tasks to improve workflow.Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients.Requirements:Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with office management software and tools.Familiarity with basic accounting principles.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.What We Offer:Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.Opportunity for professional growth and development.Supportive and inclusive team culture.Flexible working hours and remote work options.
