Job Description We are looking for an energetic, highly motivated administrative assistant to work within a multilingual environment at a company in Marbella.
The successful applicant will be fluent in English and Spanish; other languages are a bonus.
You will have excellent problem-solving skills, a pleasant demeanor, and be capable of undertaking a variety of tasks.
You will also have excellent computer skills and ideally have experience in a similar role.
Requirements: High level of English and Spanish (both written and spoken); other languages are a bonus Previous experience as an Admin Assistant, PA, Office Admin Assistant or similar Working knowledge of office equipment Computer literate Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills Good time management Must have a car and a valid driving licence The Offer: Excellent work environment Spanish Contract Working hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm €1700 net per month If you meet the requirements and would like to apply, please send a copy of your CV in English.
