Are you an organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable professional with a passion for providing top-notch administrative support? Joy Center, an outpatient clinic located in Rota, Spain, is looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team and assist in managing the day-to-day operations of our multidisciplinary clinic.
Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: Rota, Spain
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience
Start Date: September 23rd, 2024
About Joy Center: Joy Center is a medical clinic that provides multidisciplinary services to Americans living overseas. We strongly believe in helping parents learn the skills necessary to support their children's development when challenges arise.
Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative duties, including managing emails, scheduling appointments, and answering phone calls.
Maintain and update digital records and filing systems.
Provide support to clinical staff and assist with patient intake and documentation.
Manage office supplies and ensure a well-organized work environment.
Assist with billing, invoicing, and other clerical tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Fluency in English (spoken and written).
Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior administrative experience preferred, but not required.
